Objective Sushi Ranking

I’ve decided to create an objective ranking mechanism of the sushi restaurants I eat at. To that end, I will use the following variables:

Google Rate (0-5) Google Weight (GR/5.0) Ambiance (-1,1) Food Quality (-1,0,1) Price (-1, 1) Other (-1,1)

(1) Ambiance: 1 = liked, -1 = disliked
(2) Food Quality: 1 = heaven, 0 = average, -1 = hell
(3) Price: 1 = priced as expected, -1 = over priced
(4) Other: 1 = I would eat there again, -1 = no effing way

Embedded Google Sheet:

If you have thoughts on the objective rating system, please let me know.  One is if there are more Google Votes then the value of the rank should be higher.  C.f., a 4.6 with 85 votes and a 4.4 with 1,400 votes.

Thanks,

Ambiance: walk-up counter. Limited tables. Packed/busy.

Ordered: Up the River Roll, Agitation Roll & Miso.
Thoughts: good flavor.  Sat at the counter that had several little flies or bugs around that annoyed the heck out of me.  I came here bc Ajiyoshi was booked solid… hopefully next trip I can try it tho.
My Rating: 3.86 / 5.0.  Google Rating: 4.3 (643 reviews)

Still not sure what’s keeping my rates below 100Mbps.  I’m thinking if I reboot everything that may change things, but then it reverts back?  Possibly?  We had a 1 day outage and received a $9 credit.

Now on to the stats… Below you see a chart of the upload/download (red/blue, respectively) speeds for the month of May 2018:

Ambiance: hip. nice.
Ordered: forgot specifically but it was great
Thoughts: very good.  Ate here for both dinner one night and lunch the following day. Latin-influenced rolls were excellent, although wasn’t a huge fan of the STHR and all of the spicey sauce used (see photo below).
My Rating: 4.88/5.0.  Google Rating: 4.4 (1,514 reviews!)

Ambiance: nice. not too fancy.

Ordered: Chirashi bowl (but they didn’t know what chirashi was, so actually a poke-type bowl) + STHR & miso.  Ate here 2x, actually.  Also ordered a lunch nigiri combo (second photo).
Thoughts: good.  Chirashi bowl well seasoned. Tried the oro-toro nigiri… very tasty.
My Rating: 4.92 / 5.0.  Google Rating: 4.6 (83 reviews)

AT&T Uverse // April 2018 Speed Report

So this was a bit of a wonky month as you can see below. We bought a new (Smart) TV and I moved another one in the house into my office, where I also put the Pi. In this new location the Pi was connected to WiFi and thus < 100Mbps. To rectify this I bought a CAT5 cable to connect the Pi to a 1G router and the results you can also see.  And then for some reason it reverted back to a < 100 Mbps.  The chart speaks for itself.

Ambiance: love this place. right by the water in downtown SD. I eat here every time I come to SD, but this is one of the few times I was able to report on it.

Ordered: Wakame Salad, STHR, & Half/Half.
Thoughts: Not a fan of the Half/Half as it’s a California Roll base, and the waiter steered me wrong. But I always love what I get here, so no affect on the rating.
My Rating: 4.5/5.  Google Rating: 4.2 (152 reviews)
